Replacing old habits with healthier ones can be challenging. That's why I help you build a calendar with goals and habit reminders to develop a healthier lifestyle. Do you tend to scroll on social media for an hour after waking up? I got you. I will send you daily reminders at certain times to kick these habits and reframe your focus.

Exercising will help you reach your goals, but not without eating right. I will help you correct your diet in a way that aligns with your goals.

Each and every one of us have unique bodies, different movement mechanics and a different fitness history. I take into account muscle imbalances, previous injuries and your specific goals to guide you in the safest and most efficient way possible.

" I have been doing 1:1 weekly zoom training with Bianca since August 2020. She texts me the day of asking what I would like to train. She designs a 30-minute workout and works out with me on zoom. We do workouts ranging from HIIT cardio, plyometrics and weight training. She utilizes various modalities of training including bodyweight, dumbbells and resistance bands.
